What are the payment methods?

Remittance to our account or cash.

If I have already paid in advance for a reservation for a transfer and cancel it for any reason, will I lose my money?

If the transfer is canceled until one week prior to the scheduled date of its implementation, you lose 50% of the total amount.
If your cancellation is made in less than one week, you lose the entire amount you paid.

If my flight is delayed, will your partner be waiting for my arrival?

Of course he will be waiting. All our partners are constantly informed about the status of the flights via internet. Therefore they will be already informed upon any sudden delays.

How will I recognize your representative, who will be waiting for me?

Our representative will meet you at the arrival area, holding up a sign with your name and the name of our company.

What if I still do not manage to meet with your partner?

Although this is impossible to happen, you can contact any of us calling our call center, which operates 24 hours a day and we will serve you.

What should I do if I arrive earlier than the expected time of arrival?

You should stay at the meeting point until our representative comes to pick you up, or you can contact our call center to give you instructions.

What is the duration of the tours?

Tours for about Half, Full and two or more Days.
